Summer Reading Program

Every summer the library offers a summer reading program for people of all ages to encourage them to read, explore new authors and genres, and find out about the many different types of materials the library offers. The summer reading program is also a great way to encourage kids to keep reading during the summer when they aren't going to school. The Page Turners

A book club for 5th - 7th grade students where they read a book per month and meet monthly over snacks. What could be better? We offer different sessions of beginner yoga with Andrea Wrather, CPT for adults & teens. Cost is $8 per time and you pay as you come. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we have a couple mats for people to borrow. Read More

VolunTEENs

The Sioux Center Public Library is giving students in grades 5th-12th an opportunity to volunteer at the Sioux Center Public Library. This opportunity would include shelving books, creating displays, preparing various library materials and other duties performed in a library. We can set up a weekly, biweekly, or monthly time that works for the student and the library to make this the best opportunity for both of us. Read More
